2. Payments and Deposits:
  - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:
  - Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the time of cancellation. Please contact us for detailed information.

4. Equipment Use:
  - Clients are responsible for the proper use of all equipment provided by SparQ Spaces. Any damage or loss incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Studio Use and Conduct:
  - Clients are expected to maintain a professional environment and respect the studio space. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed within the premises without prior approval. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the booking without refund.

6. Guest Policy:
  - Only authorized guests are allowed in the studio. Unauthorized use of equipment or access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance:
  - Clients must leave the studio in the same condition as it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space requires extra cleaning after your event.

8. Liability and Insurance:
  - SparQ Spaces is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the use of the studio. Clients are encouraged to have their own event insurance to cover any liability.

9. Force Majeure:
  - SparQ Spaces is not responsible for any interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events.
